Abby's latest trick
Abby rolled over today from her back to her tummy! Yea! Of course I didn't witness it but I'm sure I will soon....

c25k
Well, I was right - the podcast I had downloaded for my running program was different than I thought.... it started me on what was suppose to be a week 3 run. oops! So I tried again with another podcast... much better. Still kicked my butt but in a much more kinder and gradual fashion. ;-) If anyone wants to start running this with me, I'll be repeating week 1 next week so it's not too late...

C25K
Hi all! It's been a long time since I've posted, but since I've temporarily sworn off facebook, I'm going to waste my time on here instead (haha).
Today I started excersizing at the church again. I'm trying out the Couch to 5K program. We'll see how it goes. It's suppose to gradually increase your stamina at a slow enough pace over 8 weeks that you don't overwork yourself and give up.
I just about died today. The podcast I had downloaded with music and prompts on when to do your intervals had me running 2 minutes and walking 3..... I thought it was suppose to start slower than that? Will have to do some research. Anyway, hopefully I can keep up with it if my knees don't rebel to much. I do have one prediction: I'm going to be in some pain tomorrow! Note to self: Don't forget to stretch BEFORE the run. Doh!
